Sonia learned about Chiropractic 30 years ago, when she still lived in South Africa, having suffered from cervical problems, and already sought medical help, finding relief for these problems in Chiropractic.
Later, already in Portugal, she had the opportunity to work as an assistant in a clinic, where she witnessed how Chiropractic impacted people's quality of life, just as it had impacted her life years before.
After the birth of her children, she dedicated herself 100% to her family and in 2024 she reconnected with Chiropractic, this time at SN’Z Clinic.
